Learning to run might sound terrifying – but most of us have been there. My journey to running started when I was severely overweight, really inactive and too much of a fan of fried chicken! Now I run around 30km a week, and am much healthier than I once was.

We are looking at putting on a Couch to 5k club following the NHS Couch to 5k program. It will involve one group run a week, and two ‘solo’ runs. If you are interested please email email@example.com
